Web
Site Design Process
- The
first step in the design process is strickly fact finding.
Information needed:
A) Products and/or services offered,
B) Company History/Mission,
C) Expectations
D) Design Input
E) Site Examples you like or don't like
With information in hand, we will plan a strategy, including objectives
and what pages are needed to accomplish your goals.
- Choosing
the appropriate domain name (web address) is the next step. If needed,
we will help you select one and submit it for registration.
- Gather
the necessary information to put your site together i.e.: frequently
asked questions and answers, product images, staff pictures, etc. This
has to be the most time consuming, but also the most important step
in the design process. Let's be honest, no one knows your company better
then yourself.
With crap in...you get crap out!
- The
design work begins! Logo design and scanning services are available.
We can use most formats of existing artwork you may have.
- We
put together an exclusive preview of your site and publish it to the
web. (If your company does not have access to view the Internet, we
invite you to our office to view your new site.)
- After
you have viewed your site, we discuss any changes and/or additions that
need to be made. The changes are made and the site is re-published.
This process continues until your site meets with your and our approval.
- We
then list your web site with the major search engines.
